Do you ship internationally?

Yes, please provide us with your address and your preferred courier. As soon as we’ll have a few international customers, we will integrate the shipping method into our website.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we don’t have a physical store.

How do I order?

Go to our website www.dukkaan.store, add to your cart the products you wish to purchase, and proceed to checkout.

Can I purchase at a wholesale price?

I do not see the products I wish to purchase

You can go to our “Request a Product” page and fill up the product you are looking for, and we will try our best to make them available. https://dukkaan.store/request-a-product

The products are out of stock, when will you restock them?

Under each product that is out of stock, you will see a “Notify Me” button, click that and enter your email. As soon as we will restock, you’ll be one of the earliest customers to know about it by receiving an email.

What are the shipping options:

LBC, JRS, J&T, and local pickup

How can I track my order?
